Vendor Information: (Artisans & Craft Vendors)

Vendors who wish to participate in the Cultural Survival Bazaars should contact Program Manager Dave Favreau at 617-441-5400 x21 or email dave@cs.org. If you are vending other artisans work you will be asked to fill out a New Vendor Application.  You can get started by reading the vendor guidelines, fill out the New Vendor Application, read and sign the fair trade pledge if its principles apply to your business practices.  (All can be downloaded at the bottom of the page).

Cultural Survival does NOT charge a booth fee, we also provide tables, chairs, and cover credit card fees free of charge.  All sales go through Cultural Survival and its registers.  We take a portion of what sells, to help cover the expenses of the event.  Cultural Survival offers special arrangements for artisans who offer craft-making demonstrations, performances, presentations, or to offset long distance travel and lodging costs.  Please inquire for details.

We use constant contact as a way for artisans and vendors to register/apply for our events.  You will find a list of upcoming events and a link to each registration page for each event below.  Once you have completed the registration, you will be contacted after the deadline, and notified if your application was accepted or denied. New Vendors should make sure that we have received your New Vendor Application and a signed Fair Trade Pledge.  They can be sent to Dave@cs.org, our fax number 617-441-5417, or mailed to Cultural Survival Bazaar, 215 Prospect Street, Cambridge, MA 02139.  Once your application has been accepted you will need to send us JUST ONE $250 security deposit (which is returned to you when you show up for the event or have called in advance of a cancelation).

Please contact me at dave@cs.org if you have any questions.
